Scope of Services
At HEAL Center for Counseling and Complementary Health, LLC (HEAL CCC), we believe psychotherapy is a collaborative process that supports individuals in gaining greater understanding of their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences.
Our goal is to provide ethical, compassionate, and individualized care while helping clients work toward meaningful personal growth and improved well-being.
Scope of Services
Psychotherapy services at HEAL CCC may include:
- Initial assessment and clinical evaluation
- Diagnostic clarification when clinically appropriate
- Individualized treatment planning
- Psychotherapy services
- Behavioral health interventions
- Coordination of care with other providers when clinically appropriate and authorized
Services are provided based on your individual needs, treatment goals, and clinical assessment.
Services Not Provided
HEAL CCC is an outpatient psychotherapy practice and does not provide the following services:
- Emergency or crisis services
- Medication management or psychiatric prescribing services
- Laboratory testing or medical evaluations
- Forensic evaluations or custody evaluations
- SSI/SSDI disability determinations
- Expert witness testimony
- Complex neuropsychological evaluations
- Evaluations for learning disabilities, intelligence testing, cognitive concerns, or memory concerns
If a service outside the scope of HEAL CCC’s practice is needed, appropriate referrals or recommendations may be provided when clinically appropriate.
Risks and Benefits of Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy can be a valuable process for addressing emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns. However, like any meaningful change process, therapy requires active participation and commitment.

You are encouraged to ask questions about your care at any time. You may request additional information, seek a second opinion, or discuss concerns about treatment recommendations.
Client Rights
As a client of HEAL CCC, you have the right to:
- Participate in developing your treatment goals and plan of care
- Ask questions about your services and treatment recommendations
- Decline treatment recommendations
- Seek a second opinion
- Request referrals to other providers or resources
- Discontinue treatment at any time
- Receive services in a respectful, professional, and culturally sensitive manner
