At HEAL Center for Counseling and Complementary Health, LLC (HEAL CCC), we are committed to providing compassionate, ethical, and individualized services that support emotional well-being, personal growth, healthy relationships, and overall wellness.
HEAL CCC provides outpatient psychotherapy services for adults age 18 and older. Clinical services are provided by independently licensed mental health professionals who practice in accordance with applicable laws, ethical standards, and professional guidelines.
In addition to psychotherapy services, HEAL CCC offers select non-clinical wellness, faith-based education, and relationship enrichment services designed to support personal growth, healthy relationships, and spiritual enrichment.

Owner & Independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Arminda Cheshier-Perch is the owner of HEAL Center for Counseling and Complementary Health, LLC and provides outpatient psychotherapy services for adults seeking support with a variety of mental health concerns.
Arminda is independently licensed as a clinical social worker in:
- Virginia
- Maryland
- Alabama
- District of Columbia
She provides evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences. Her clinical services focus on supporting adults through challenges related to mental health, life transitions, emotional well-being, and personal growth.

Additional Clinical Providers
From time to time, HEAL CCC may include additional individuals providing clinical services, including:
- Social Work Supervisees

All providers and trainees operate under appropriate licensure, supervision, and professional standards in accordance with applicable laws and ethical requirements.
Information regarding the qualifications, credentials, and supervision arrangements of any provider involved in your care will be provided as appropriate.

David A. Perch
Pastor & Prepare/Enrich Facilitator
David A. Perch serves as a Pastor and Prepare/Enrich Facilitator at HEAL Center for Counseling and Complementary Health, LLC (HEAL CCC), providing Christ-centered relationship education, faith-based support, and spiritual enrichment opportunities.
Through Prepare/Enrich facilitation, David helps couples strengthen communication, deepen connection, identify relationship strengths, and develop practical tools for building healthier relationships.
He also provides faith-based support through Biblical education and spiritual growth opportunities.
David’s services are non-clinical and separate from psychotherapy services provided by licensed mental health professionals at HEAL CCC.
