Telehealth Therapy

Individual Telehealth Therapy provides secure, confidential counseling through a convenient virtual platform, allowing you to access care from the comfort and privacy of your home. Telehealth therapy can help address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, life transitions, insomnia, spirituality, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. This approach makes it easier to receive consistent, evidence-based support while balancing work, family, health, and other responsibilities without the added time or stress of travel. Together, we work to build practical skills, process difficulties, strengthen emotional awareness, and support meaningful growth and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Anger Management

Anger Management Therapy is provided from a neuroanger counseling approach, integrating current understanding of brain functioning, emotional regulation, stress responses, and behavioral patterns. This approach helps you understand how neurological, physiological, cognitive, emotional, and environmental factors contribute to anger, irritability, reactivity, and conflict while developing practical strategies to improve self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, problem-solving, and overall functioning. Therapy focuses on identifying triggers, recognizing escalation patterns, strengthening self-control, and learning better ways to express emotions and navigate challenging situations.

Cognitive Processing Therapy

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a highly effective, short-term, evidence-based treatment for PTSD and trauma-related concerns. CPT uses a structured series of sessions to help you understand how trauma may have affected the way you think about yourself, other people, and the world. You learn to identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs related to the traumatic experience, reduce distressing trauma symptoms, and develop more balanced and helpful ways of thinking. CPT is designed to provide focused, practical support while building skills you can continue to use when facing future stress or trauma-related reactions. Click here to learn more about CPT.

CPT is endorsed by the American Psychological Association and the Department of Veterans Affairs as a gold-standard, first-line treatment for PTSD and has been shown to be effective across a wide range of traumatic experiences. Research has found that many people who complete a full course of CPT experience significant improvement in PTSD symptoms, with some no longer meeting criteria for PTSD.

Evidence-based Trauma-Focused Psychotherapy

Trauma-focused therapy can help when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or affected by a difficult or traumatic experience. Trauma can affect your sense of safety, trust, relationships, confidence, emotions, and daily life. Using evidence-based approaches, therapy provides focused support to address specific concerns, build practical coping skills, and process difficult experiences in a structured way. Short-term, goal-focused work can help you make meaningful progress and reduce distressing symptoms while working at a pace that feels manageable.

We offer evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) , Written Exposure Therapy (WET) , Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) , and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) , which are structured treatments designed to support effective, time-limited trauma recovery. Treatment is collaborative, with you and your therapist working together to identify goals and choose the approach that best fits your needs.

Cogntive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is a first-line, evidence-based treatment for chronic insomnia. It combines cognitive strategies to address unhelpful thoughts about sleep with behavioral techniques that improve sleep patterns and support a healthier sleep rhythm.

In treatment, you’ll learn practical skills such as stimulus control, sleep scheduling, and relaxation strategies, along with ways to reduce sleep-related worry and nighttime alertness. CBT-I is designed to improve sleep quality, increase restorative sleep, and enhance daytime functioning. Click here for more information.

Exposure Response Prevention

Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a first-line, evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) that helps reduce symptoms and restore a sense of control in daily life. Treatment begins with education about OCD and identifying your specific triggers and patterns.

ERP involves gradually facing feared thoughts, images, or situations while learning to resist compulsive behaviors. Over time, you practice these skills both in and outside of sessions to reduce anxiety, break the OCD cycle, and strengthen long-term recovery.

H.E.A.L. Groups

Coming Soon! Health Education for Abundant Living (H.E.A.L.) Groups provide a structured, therapist-led learning space focused on neuroeducation, psychoeducation, and applied skills for stress and emotional regulation. These virtual groups explore how stress impacts the brain and body while supporting improved daily functioning.
