Meet Arminda

“Every organ of the body was made to be servant to the mind. The mind is the capital of the body.” ~ E.G. White

Arminda Perch, MBA, LCSW, LICSW, CMNCS
Mental Health Therapist

The individuals that reach out to me for support are generally adults who may feel stuck, stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected, or that their symptoms are getting in the way of their function and mood. They have often experienced loss, mistreatment, trauma, illness, overwhelm, and similar experiences that they identify as the source of their distress.

As a therapist, my approach is collaborative, gentle, flexible, and welcoming. I focus on empowering each person, regardless of available resources. Alongside traditional and evidence-based approaches, I emphasize education and advocate healthy lifestyle practices as essential self-care tools to foster growth, healing, and optimal mental health.

I am a strong advocate for a proper connection between the mental, physical, and spiritual in the human experience. I believe in God’s love and power to heal and that transformation takes place when there is a power working from within and a new life from above.
